Cut the strap as instructed and it ended up too small.

The clasp has a good quality, definitely worth the price. I ordered a wrong size unfortunately, but the customer service was superb in handling it.
The buckle is nice but too difficult to take off the strap and replace so I won’t use it.
Hi David, Sorry to hear you're having a hard time with the buckle! Just stick the end of a paperclip or similar pointy tool into the little hole in the side of the buckle to release the spring bar. If you're still having trouble, let us know and we can help you further or arrange a return or refund.

I love this strap. Slightly fiddly to put together but the quality and finish is truly lovely. Takes my Garmin and elevates it to a classy timepiece, rather than just an exercise tracker.
